We have partnered with the Palm Harbor Parks and Recreation Department to provide children of all ages a chance to experience the fun, exercise, and education that Kayaking brings. We will start off teaching your child all they will need to know about kayaking, and then put that education to great use. Our Basic camp launches from Pop Stansell Park in Palm Harbor. We will explore the surrounding waters and estuaries, viewing many varities of birds and fish. The kayaks provide each kayaker with the ability to get an up close look at the birds, who are not frightened away by our approach. Though most of the fish stay in the water, they will know they are present with the swirls and splashes the fish make as they are startled by our slow quiet approach. If we are lucky, and we usually are, we will get to see the roaming Dolphins or Manatee as they search for food and check out our boats.
